Ray White New Projects is a Project and Development focused division of
Ray White Bulimba/Morningside and has been operational since 2005. Ryan
Leddicoat drives the team and is partners with Ray White Bulimba's Principles
David Price and Dennis Simic.

The Team consists of three project specialists, each with their own superior
sales talents. You also benefit from the backing of the 20 Ray White
Bulimba/Morningside sales agents.

Ryan Leddicoat
As director and partner in our New Projects division, Ryan's passion is driven
from over 10 years in the industry. His drive has created a company with
a neiche and a team with extensive knowledge and professionalism.

Brenton Faehrmann
If there is one industry driven on customer service it is hospitality and
as a chef for over 25 years, Brenton has a very clear understanding
of the benefit of hard work and the importance of word of mouth
advertising. Brenton discovered his passion for sales over 5 years ago
and joined our office as a property sales and marketing consultant,
which during his first year was our highest selling agent within a first 12
month period. Brenton strives to provide a level of service that is above
and beyond the client’s expectations and always delivers.

Lwarna Leddicoat 
Lwarna has been in the Real Estate industry for over 6 years and during that period
has worked in every aspect. Beginning in reception she soon realised that
sales and management was her passion. Lwarna joined our office over 3
years ago to join forces with her husband Ryan and has since developed a
fantastic team. She has a high expectation of what needs to be fullfilled to
make your experience with us a smooth and successful one.
